“I don't normally do references, but occasionally an exception service deserves a little recognition and credit where credit is due. I also think those who may need your services are often in a position of financial vulnerability and need to make sure they are not making another costly mistake. Anybody finding themselves at the wrong end of big company bullying or bank injustices often try the usual routes of a complaint followed by the ombudsman and still find they get nowhere. You're then left with giving up, or the expensive route of attempting to take big companies to court. It is very easy to get tied up in this with cases dragging on for years and the costs mounting with no resolution in sight.
